Genesis Fitness is the only comprehensive personal and athletic training facility in Nacogdoches. We understand that to be healthy and to achieve fitness goals includes more than just an exercise program and a diet. It is a way of life, especially if your goals are related to weight loss or performance. Unlike the usual over-sized gym, we offer a private and non-intimidating environment. With only a few people in our facility at any given time, there is no reason to feel self-conscious. Everybody has a trainer. That is really the way it should be! Our exercise protocols are unique to you, established and monitored by a highly qualified personal trainer, to insure they are right for both your fitness goals and abilities.
We do not try to sell you gym memberships, as we have none. You only pay for your time with a highly qualified personal trainer. The length of time you spend with us is up to you, without pressure from us. We do not push you to buy diet supplements, or leave you on a piece of equipment guessing how to use it. We do not answer phone calls, drink coffee, or visit outside of our valued clientele, during your personal training session. The focus is solely on you.
We use the scientific application of nutrition, cardiovascular exercise and strength training to reach your fitness goals.
