Genesis Training Solutions LLC (“Genesis Training Solutions,” “GTS,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the Genesis Training Solutions website and mobile applications available for compatible platforms, including iOS and Android (collectively, the “Services”).

2. GTS Mobile Application
The GTS mobile application is a companion application designed for use with compatible Genesis Training Solutions hardware.
The mobile application uses Bluetooth Low Energy (“BLE”) to discover, connect to, communicate with, monitor, and control compatible GTS devices.
Bluetooth access is used for communication with compatible GTS hardware. Genesis Training Solutions does not use Bluetooth functionality to track users or determine their physical location.
The GTS mobile application does not require users to create an account or sign in.
The application may process information necessary to provide its functionality, including information relating to connected GTS devices, device status, battery status, device configurations, training settings, drills, groups, and qualifications.
Information used to configure drills, qualifications, devices, and other app settings may be stored locally on the user's device.
Unless otherwise disclosed in this Privacy Policy, locally stored training configurations and device-control information are not transmitted to Genesis Training Solutions.

Users may modify Bluetooth permissions through their device settings; however, disabling Bluetooth access will prevent features that require communication with GTS hardware from functioning.
9. App Store and Mobile Platform Information
When you download or use the GTS application through a third-party platform such as the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the platform provider may independently collect information associated with downloads, installations, device use, purchases, diagnostics, or other platform services.
Information collected independently by Apple, Google, or another platform provider is governed by that provider's privacy policies and practices.
Genesis Training Solutions does not control information collected independently by those platforms.
