Limited Warranty

​

Genesis Training Solutions warrants the GTS Pivot against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 1 year from the original purchase date.

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, GTS will, at its discretion:

• Repair the product

• Replace the defective component

• Replace the entire unit if necessary

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Motor Replacement Policy

​

The motor is considered a wear component due to the nature of repetitive mechanical movement.

To help keep you training:

• Your first motor replacement is provided free of charge during the warranty period if the motor fails under normal use.

• Any additional replacement motors are available at our cost plus shipping.

This policy helps keep long-term ownership affordable while recognizing that motors naturally wear over time.

 

What Isn't Covered

​

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Misuse or abuse

• Neglect or improper maintenance

• Unauthorized modifications

• Improper installation or repairs performed by unauthorized persons

• Use outside the intended operating conditions

• Water damage or exposure to excessive moisture

• Accidents, impacts, drops, or crushing

• Cosmetic wear that does not affect performance

• Damage caused by improper batteries, chargers, or power sources

Examples include, but are not limited to:

• Broken housings from impact

• Bent shafts or brackets

• Damaged wiring from improper handling

• Evidence of forced movement beyond intended limits

• Corrosion caused by improper storage or environmental exposure

Warranty eligibility is determined after inspection by Genesis Training Solutions.

Repair & Replacement Parts

​

We designed the GTS Pivot to be serviceable.

If a component becomes damaged outside of warranty:

• Individual replacement parts are available at cost whenever possible.

• Customers may perform repairs themselves using replacement components purchased from GTS.

For customers who prefer not to perform repairs:

• GTS offers repair services for a labor fee plus the cost of any replacement components and return shipping.

Repair pricing will be quoted before any work is performed.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to be confident in your purchase.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

• Products must be in like-new condition with all original components and packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is the result of our error.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or shipping error.

 

Damaged or Defective Products

 

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Photos of the damage

• A brief description of the issue

We'll work quickly to repair or replace the affected product.

Our team may request additional information to help diagnose the problem before authorizing a repair or replacement.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once their order has shipped.

Shipping Damage & Missing Items

 

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your package arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact Genesis Training Solutions within 7 days of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the shipping box and packaging

• Photos of the shipping label (if applicable)
   

Failure to report shipping damage within 7 days may affect our ability to file a claim with the shipping carrier.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Once an order has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, Genesis Training Solutions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package cannot be located, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to initiate a claim. We will gladly assist by providing any shipping information needed.

 

Return Authorization (RMA)

 

To ensure every return is handled properly, all returns, exchanges, repairs, and warranty claims require prior authorization from Genesis Training Solutions.

Please contact us before shipping any product back.

Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or returned to the sender.

 

Order Cancellations

 

Orders may be canceled for a full refund any time before they have shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it is considered fulfilled and is subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

The following items are not eligible for return unless covered by warranty or shipped in error:
 

• Replacement motors

• Replacement electronic components

• Individual replacement parts

• Clearance or closeout items

• Custom or special-order products

• Gift cards (if offered)

 

Warranty Transfer

 

The Genesis Training Solutions Limited Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

 

Product Modifications

 

The GTS Pivot has been engineered and tested as a complete system.

Any unauthorized modification to the product—including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, structural, or software modifications—voids the Limited Warranty.

Genesis Training Solutions is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from unauthorized modifications or the installation of third-party components.

 

Commercial & High-Volume Use

 

The GTS Pivot is designed for its intended training applications.

Products subjected to continuous commercial, rental, institutional, or unusually high-volume use may experience accelerated wear. Warranty claims involving these applications may be evaluated differently than those involving normal consumer use.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Genesis Training Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use its products.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Property damage

• Loss of use

• Lost profits

• Lost training time

• Personal injury

• Damage to other equipment
   

The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the safe and lawful use of the product.

 

Firearm Safety Disclaimer

 

The GTS Pivot is a firearms training aid designed to enhance training exercises. It is not a safety device.

Users are solely responsible for following all applicable firearm safety rules, range rules, and all local, state, and federal laws.
 

Always:
 

• Treat every firearm as if it is loaded.

• Never point a firearm at anything you are not willing to destroy.

• Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire.

• Be certain of your target and what is beyond it.
   

Genesis Training Solutions is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from unsafe firearm handling or improper use of the product.
