By purchasing or operating the GTS Pivot, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
The product must be assembled, inspected, positioned, operated, maintained, charged, transported, and stored strictly according to the current GTS Safety Guide and User Manual.
The product may move suddenly when activated. Users and bystanders must remain clear of the target, arm, shaft, base, motorized components, pinch points, and the full path of movement at all times.
The product must be placed on a stable surface and used only where its movement cannot strike a person, animal, firearm, vehicle, structure, or other property.
The product is not a toy. It must be kept away from children, unauthorized users, pets, and anyone who has not reviewed the safety instructions.
The product must not be used if it is damaged, unstable, wet, improperly assembled, behaving unexpectedly, showing signs of battery damage, or missing any guard, fastener, label, stop, or safety component.
Power must be disconnected before inspection, adjustment, cleaning, transport, storage, repair, or service.
Only GTS-approved batteries, chargers, replacement parts, accessories, firmware, and operating procedures may be used.
The user must stop using the product immediately if it moves unexpectedly, fails to stop correctly, overheats, emits an odor, becomes unusually hot, produces smoke, shows battery swelling or damage, or otherwise appears unsafe.
The product must not be modified, defeated, bypassed, overloaded, used outside its stated operating limits, or used for any purpose not expressly authorized by GTS.
Firearms must always be handled in accordance with all applicable laws, range rules, accepted firearm-safety practices, and the instructions of the firearm and ammunition manufacturers. The GTS Pivot does not replace proper firearm training, supervision, judgment, or safety procedures.
ASSUMPTION OF INHERENT RISK
Firearms training and the use of powered mechanical equipment involve inherent risks. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the purchaser and user assume the risks ordinarily associated with lawful firearms training and with the proper use of a motorized target system, except to the extent a risk may not legally be transferred or disclaimed.
LIMITATION OF USE
Use of the GTS Pivot is limited to competent adults who are legally permitted to participate in the applicable training activity and who understand and follow all product instructions and safety requirements. GTS does not authorize use by children, impaired persons, unauthorized users, or anyone unable or unwilling to follow the Safety Guide and User Manual.
NO MODIFICATION
Any unauthorized alteration, repair, substitution of components, use of unapproved batteries or chargers, bypassing of safety features, installation of unauthorized firmware, or operation outside the published instructions may create a serious hazard and may void the limited warranty.

Stop using the product and contact Genesis Training Solutions immediately if you experience unexpected movement, electrical or battery problems, structural damage, repeated malfunctions, or any incident involving injury or property damage.
